Incoming Students Application

If you would like to study as an Incoming Erasmus+ Mobility student at the Macerata Academy of Fine Arts, the person in charge of international relations at your institution should email your nomination at This email address is being protected from spambots. NOMINATION DEADLINES:

Fall Semester (October-March): 15/06
Spring Semester (February-July): 15/11
Once nominated, incoming erasmus students will receive via email all the instruction for the application. .

APPLICATION DEADLINES:

Fall Semester (October-March): 30/06
Spring Semester (February-July): 30/11

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION::

• Application form: https://abamc.it/incoming-application-form/submission/submission
• Passport Size Photo
• Certificate of Italian language
• Transcript of Records by home institution
• Motivational Letter
• OLA – Online Learning Agreement on EWP Platform (if your institution does not
• Portfolio (either a pdf with online link or directly a document).

RESULTS:

The Erasmus Office will usually send the Acceptance Letters within three-weeks from the Application Deadline.

Students need to arrive to the institution prior to the date written on the acceptance letter or in time for the Erasmus+ Welcome Day.
